HSPF builds a supportive community within public schools, providing accessible, coordinated, and accountable services for students. In 2016, we launched the Education Empowers program at Ugratara to help at-risk students overcome barriers and succeed academically. Our mission is to ensure that every student has the resources they need to thrive.
